The Presidential Proclamation 680 declares February as UP Diliman Month. Klasmeyt Aimee, Klasmeyt Elay, and Klasmeyt Faye investigate the facts behind the UP Diliman Month that we celebrate every February of the year. Live plays, art sessions, exhibits, discussions, film festivals and the yearly Himigsikan competition are just some of the widely-celebrated activities that put the UP culture of Honor and Excellence into the spotlight.
The UP Office for Initiatives in Culture and the Arts in partnership with UP SPECA and UP SIKAT celebrates the month of February as the Diliman Festival of Culture and Arts in lieu of the National Arts Month.
