“The recent surge of COVID-19 cases is indeed taking its toll on everyone, especially our teachers. With more people getting sick, many of our academic personnel are dealing with COVID-19 or ill family members. And despite sickness, our teachers are still tending to their classes,” bahagi ng pahayag nito.

“The same can be said for students who still attend online classes even after testing positive or having flu symptoms.

“That’s why I support the call of our teachers to implement a  two-week health and wellness break for all schools. This break should give our teachers enough time to recover and de-stress from anxiety caused by the pandemic. By giving them a much-needed break, they can come back stronger to fulfill their academic duties.” sabi ng  UP-Law Alumni. DZUP
