The UP Diliman COVID-19 Task Force reported 340 active cases in its weekly report released on January 20, 2022. The cases were recorded within UP Diliman, UP Village, and Barangay UP Campus.

Out of the 340 active cases, 3 of them are from the faculty, 124 are staff, 11 are students, 8 dependents and 194 barangay residents. The report also includes a map prepared by a Special Committee of the Task Force, which shows the areas where the positive cases may be located.

The data also identified that 182 are asymptomatic, and 158 are mild. The report did not report any moderate and severe cases.

It added that there are 3,060 total confirmed cases. Of these 2,680 have recovered while 40 died.

Furthermore, the group highlighted the importance of observing the health protocols as protection against COVID-19. Stay at home as much as possible to prevent the spread of the infection. Immediately isolate once symptoms are felt. Be vaccinated and get booster shots.
